✅ Hard Drive / SSD

🔹 Software Support: Any issues related to Windows, operating systems, or drivers are covered under warranty.
🔹 Battery Warranty: The laptop battery is covered under a 45-day limited warranty.
🔹 Proof of Purchase: A valid purchase receipt is required to claim the warranty.

Unboxing Video Requirement:
🔹 To claim the warranty, it is mandatory for customers to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package for the first time. This video must:
✅ Show the sealed package before opening.
✅ Clearly capture the entire unboxing process.
✅ Display the product condition upon arrival.

⚠ Warranty claims will NOT be entertained if the customer fails to provide this video as evidence at the time of the claim.

Warranty Exclusions:
❌ The warranty does not cover burned, broken, deformed, or water-damaged products.
❌ Screen/display issues are not covered under warranty.
❌ Sound distortion issues are excluded from warranty claims.
