• Exchange offer is subject to physical examination of the device and may be declined if physical / working condition of the device found unsatisfactory
• Exchange offer is valid for selected models/brands and may change from time to time
• By agreeing to the exchange offer, customer is unconditionally undertaking the rightful ownership of the device to be exchanged
• Exchange is subject to verification from the relevant law enforcement agency for a rightful ownership of the device to be exchanged
• The devices may only be exchanged if provided along with original packing box. The devices without original packing box are excluded from the exchange offer
• The exchange would be subject to differential price payment based on the price of the new device and trade in value offer.
